Patrick McHale came to the firm in March of 2007. Now in his 31st year of legal practice, he has enjoyed a diverse career, beginning with general practice in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, followed by a senior trial counsel and managing attorney role for a major insurance company in its Tennessee office, private firm practice, claims management of environmental and toxic tort cases on a national basis, and trial attorney for the State of Tennessee Second Injury Fund.

His current focus is on workers' compensation matters with a statewide scope, and general litigation matters.

Patrick is a member of the Nashville Bar Association and has been a frequent presenter of workers' compensation educational programs.
