DARRELL WEST has practiced law continuously in Nashville since 1978, including work as an associate and/or partner in two Nashville law firms during his first eight years in practice, followed by nineteen years in his own solo practice prior to joining Stewart, Estes and Donnell, PLC in July, 2005. Darrell has handled a variety of legal matters during his many years of practice, including extensive work in commercial and general civil litigation in several state and federal courts, as well as commercial and real estate transactional work. Since joining Stewart, Estes & Donnell, PLC, he has been involved extensively in the firm’s class action and complex litigation practice, while continuing to handle commercial and other civil litigation. He also represents businesses and individuals in general commercial, real estate, and probate matters. Darrell was born in Nashville and has spent most of his life in Middle Tennessee; he currently resides in Hendersonville, Sumner County, Tennessee.
