Mr. Beemer is a partner with Stewart, Estes & Donnell, PLC, where he practices in the areas of civil rights and governmental liability in state and federal courts, employment litigation, transportation litigation, product liability defense, litigation, commercial litigation, and personal injury litigation.

Mr. Beemer received his B.A. from Indiana University in 1991 and graduated in 1995 from the University of Tennessee College of Law, where he served as Managing Editor of the Tennessee Law Review. After graduation, he clerked for the Honorable Hewitt P. Tomlin, Jr., Tennessee Court of Appeals, Western Section.

He is a member of the Nashville, Tennessee, and American Bar Associations and the Defense Research Institute. Mr. Beemer co-authored the Tennessee Chapter for the Defense Research Institute publication titled Products Liability Defenses: A State-by-State Compendium. He has served on the steering committee of the Sennet Society for the United Way of Metropolitan Nashville.
