Attorney Bios

Kerry M. Ewald is an associate with Stewart, Estes & Donnell, PLC and involved in civil litigation.  Prior to joining the firm, she served as a senior law clerk to the Honorable William B. Cain, Presiding Judge of the Tennessee Court of Appeals, Middle Section. 

Kerry's practice includes civil litigation defense, including the representation of governmental entities and electrical cooperatives.  She is a member of the Nashville Bar Association, the Young Lawyer's Division of the Nashville Bar Association, and the Tennessee Bar Association.

Kerry received her J.D./MBA degree from the University of Tennessee in 2006.  During this time she served on the Tennessee Journal of Business Law, and was a member of Law Women, Criminal Law Society, Tennessee Organization of MBA's, Student Bar Association, and Legal Aid of East Tennessee's Saturday Bar Program.  Her MBA concentration was in marketing.

Kerry received her B.S. degree from Samford University in 2002, where she majored in business management and minored in sociology. 

A native of middle Tennessee , Kerry graduated from Battle Ground Academy in 1998.  She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Carter House, and is active in Room in the Inn and the domestic ministry of her church, as well as the Tennessee Special Olympics.
