PETER F. KLETT, born New York, New York, October 22, 1961; admitted to bar, 1987; has handled and tried a variety of lawsuits in twenty years of practice in both federal and state courts.  He has obtained the highest rating from his peers and is AV rated * by Martindale Hubbell. 

Practice areas have included defending clients in a variety of personal injury and wrongful death actions including products liability, trucking accidents, automobile accidents and workers' compensation. Clients include insurance companies, third party administrators and self-insured corporations. He has also represented the interests of individual employees whose rights have been violated in the areas of wage and hour compliance, and failure to pay lawful wages including overtime compensation. In addition, he has represented consumers who have been victims of fraud and other consumer protection violations. He has directly been involved in lawsuits resulting in over $70 million recovered on behalf of employees and consumers throughout the United States.

He has been lead counsel on many of the nations leading class/collective actions in the area of wage and hour law. He has successfully prosecuted actions against Coca-Cola (Account Managers - $20.2 million recovery); Coca-Cola (Cold Drink Account Managers - approximately $3.3 million recovery); Seven-Up ($10 million recovery); Save Mart Supermarkets ($7 million recovery); Apple Gold Group (Applebee's Franchisee - $950,000); Coors Brewing Company ($2.1 million recovery); Bank One Corporation ($1.8 million recovery); Cinnabon ($1.5 million recovery) and others.
